I ordered a Jr double cheese burger that came with fries. I also said that I wanted a Pepsi. When the girl rang me up, I knew that she didn't get it. And I think the owner was next to her, so that probably made her nervous. I said again that I wanted a Pepsi and she told me that it didn't come with it! In a rude manor. I S A I D I W A N T E D A P E P S I as I was holding my money out at her. The cook that handed me my food was in the same crappy mood. The burger was awsome, not greasy at all. The fries were a golden color and very crispy. The place is clean and the food is great. But the attitudes need to change in a hurry.

I'm going to let you guys in on a little secret about me, I'm a total cheapskate. I will suck an orange dry before I spend unnecessary moola on lunch. While I enjoy dining out on delicious meals as much, if not, more so than the next guy - I have to properly budget to be able to do so. That means that I bring my lunch to work. On the rare occasion that I show up lunchless - it means that I can treat myself to a little Andys. Not all fast food is created equal, and Andys is here to prove that. Everything is super fresh and made to order. Italian beefs piled high. Double bacon cheeseburgers with all the trimmings. Steak phillys on a toasted roll. The gyro. No onion, extra tomato and tsatsiki thank you! Best gyros I've ever had. Chicago style dogs, dragged through the garden. Yum. These are my go to's. All served up with made to order fries and a fountain pop. I always get a side of the best stuff ever, processed cheese sauce for my fries. All of these meals fall under seven smackers! And when you're extra broke, get the grilled cheese with tomato meal for $2.99. This place is always super clean and the staff is some of the friendliest around. I don't get there often (per previously mentioned budgetary restraints) but they always remember me when I stop in. I would be lying if I said that I didn't intentionally forget my lunch once in a while.

I stopped into Andy's South Holland location. They have the best Italian Beef Combo south of Taylor Street. I placed my order & the cashier Diana offered me the special ith fries & adrink. I asked her the price. She stated she would first need to ring up my order. We went back & forth over the price for a few minutes. I explained to her that I am the customer & she was being rude to me. If she wasn't able to tell me the prices I would look at the menu. She waked off in a huff & started working in the back. She left me there. I asked for a manager & was told there was no manager on duty. I placed my order with the cook. Diana rung me up. I called the Cal City location & spoke with a manager who apologized. The food is great but the nasty attitude was unbelievable. I will stick to the Riverdale location. The all male staff there is ALWAYS polite. The manager said..maybe Diana ddn't get what she wanted to Christmas (ha ha) mybe what she needs is a new job not working with th public.

I second that laura. I've stopped here many times. I haven't had the gyros but I will next time.they are very fast, the fries are made to order and that's a huge plus for me cause I love fresh fries. The Italian sausage Is great my first few times here that's all I got. These guys never let me down they are always very friendly.

After being out here in the south burbs for almost 20 years I finally got around to checking this place out. They have an extensive menu. I tried the hot dog special and found it to be excellent. The fries were cooked fresh, crispy-crunchy and so hot I had to let them cool. Based on Laura H's recommendation I'll try the Gyros next time.

I stopped at Andy's since it was nearby my moms home. I ordered a polish, fries and drink($6.38). My son ordered the cheeseburger with everything on it. The polish was good, but I have tasted better. Also the fries did not look, taste like the steak fries I remember. These were more like thin cut fries. The food was hot and made to order and they offered more food options like gyros, hot dogs, jumbo dogs and italian beef sausage. Overall, I liked Andy's and would visit again.

5-star Rib Tips no doubt, meaty and falling off the bone. Extremely tender and loaded with the perfect BBQ sauce. Unfortunately, 3-star Chicago Dogs curbed the experience. According to my co-diner, the onion and relish pour was heavy and overpowered everything. That, and he compared them to "pencils". We stopped in on a whim, and would certainly return. Burgers, pizza puffs, burritos, grilled chicken, salads...they pretty much do it all. Plenty of seats, and all-around pretty clean and well kept. Prices are reasonable and ticket times were fast. As stated earlier, I'll stop back in if I'm nearby.

I tried the fried jumbo shrimp meal. It came with string fries and cole slaw. I paid a little over $10 and I don't think it was worth it. The shrimp were not jumbo but just regular size and that's because it had a lot of breading. I'm willing to give this place a second chance since its super clean!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
